Mr. Tapan Roy, founder of Ishivana Consulting, is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, an Industrial Engineer, Commerce Graduate, MBA in Marketing and MS in Quality. Also qualified from Nebosh and Royal Institute of Public Health, UK. He is an Assessor for QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS, FSMS, EFQM, ISM and SA.
Started career in 1983 with a firm of Chartered Accountants as audit assistant and then had successful stints in various capacities from Regional to National responsibilities while he worked in Computer Literacy, Business Development, Network Operations, Offshore Engineering, Marine Management and has personally handled approximately 300 plus assignments in Management Systems through Consulting, Certification and Training.
Mentoring is his personal interest and been a speaker at Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Export Import Club, Federation of Small Scale Industries, Railway Staff College, Food Processors Association, Association of Paediatricians, Ophthalmic Society, Regional Chapter of Chartered Accountants, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Baroda Productivity Council, Maharana Ranjit Singh College of Professional Sciences, Jaipur National University, BIMS College and various Public Courses and Seminars in India & Abroad. He is an adjunct faculty for Management and Sig Sigma Courses with some Universities.
He served as a Director in many companies and has represented associations for social cause as Chairman. Through long term retainerships he has turnaround many organization by providing strategic support. He is life member with Management Associations and Institute of Industrial Engineering. A panel of experts support the organization in Technical Consulting.
