Ishivana Consulting was founded in the year 1999, with an objective to dedicate its services to the SME segment for Organisational Development, Competence Building, Process Improvement, Strategic Consulting, Business Development, Deployment of Information Technology Tools and establishing Management Systems as per International Standards like ISO, ISM, CE, Six Sigma, Lean Management, EFQM and others.

It gradually progressed into value added services of process based auditing and setting up internal controls. We served large scale Public and Private Sector Enterprises offering services in multi focussed activities in the management system domains. We undertook many assignments involving facilities and layout planning to ease out process flows and creating more space within the existing infrastructure.

Initially operating in India, the company explored the global market in the year 2006 with its base in the UAE, and has completed projects in UK, Singapore, Venezuela, Gulf of Persia, Uganda, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Kuwait, Yemen, Oman, Germany and The Netherlands. In UAE we have served the Emirates of Dubai, Sharjah, Fujaira, Ajman, Ras Al Khaima and Abu Dhabi including Al Ain
